- Customer Service
- Assist in analyzing and improving repair, support and shipping systems
- Build off existing and create spreadsheets to analyze and track repair reimbursements
- Manage product repairs/service through ticket/case system
- Answering product, order, and technical inquiries from our clients
- Collaborate on improvements to our proprietary monitor software and apps
- Help with product preparation and branding
- Prepare & test monitors
- Work with our international suppliers for repairs and maintenance
- Logistics & Fulfillment
- Identify areas of cost improvements
- Streamline fulfillment processes
- Research and provide shipping quotes for domestic and international shipments
- Assisting with the importation and shipment of product throughout the US and international
- Troubleshoot Shipping and Logistical challenges to resolution
- Responding to telephone and email correspondence in a timely manner
- Liaising with our suppliers to satisfy client needs
- Assist with product preparation, branding, and fulfillment

Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus
- Experience with customer relationship managers (CRMs) a plus
- Be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
- Successfully prioritize and manage time sensitive projects on a daily basis
