Our mission is simple: deliver top-quality seafood directly to seafood lovers, chefs, and restaurants while upholding our commitment to excellence. We take pride in what we do, and we’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our wholesale team!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Enter and process orders in NetYield.
- Manage and maintain Shopify orders.
- Assist customers with order issues and inquiries.
What We’re Looking For (Preferred, but Not Required):
- Prior customer service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Knowledge of fish/seafood.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel.

Location: In-person; 528 N Quarantina St, Santa Barbara, California 93103 (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
Schedule: Full-time; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience).
