Eight attorney Immigration Law Firm is seeking an experienced full-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Position permits remote work up to 2 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days per week required in the office in Downtown Seattle.
Responsible for all bookkeeping functions including payroll, taxes, A/R, A/P, billing, deposits, bank recon., and trust account admin.; HR admin. including onboarding, benefits coordination and 401K plan admin., and vendor/facilities mgmt.
Extensive experience working with QuickBooks Online is essential, as is prior law firm experience including experience with trust accounting. Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to quickly and independently learn to use web-based applications also required. Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training; business considerations; and local market conditions.
