This is an in office opportunity located in Halethorpe, MD.
Job Summary :
The Revenue Analyst will work hand in hand with the Operations department and the Billing department each week. The Revenue Analyst will audit the previous week's driver dispatches to verify accuracy and continuity on all trips made by each dedicated driver in each fleet. Along with auditing, he or she will collect data necessary to invoice our Dedicated customers each week. They will also be responsible for correcting issues within the system using our internal ticketing system. The Revenue Analyst will have a full understanding of operational routing and dispatching of drivers for the specific fleet at hand.
The Revenue Analyst will receive 4-6 weeks of instruction, training, and practice. He or she will gain a comprehensive understanding of Cowan's dispatch software, operational reporting tools, and be able to effectively produce accurate weekly invoices for our customers.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Excel, data analysis, and understanding of billing procedures. Transportation industry knowledge is a plus!
