Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of dedicated carwash personnel, creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and delivers top-notch customer service.
2. Maintain the smooth operations of our carwash facility, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, and cleanliness standards are met.
3. Oversee inventory and supplies, diligently ordering and restocking as needed to avoid shortages and keep our operations running smoothly.
4. Implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff, fostering professional growth and optimal performance.
5. Analyze sales and key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to drive success.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. Experience in carwash management or a related role will be a plus.
3. Strong management skills to effectively guide and motivate your team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to perform well under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
