Summary: Under the general supervision of the Technical Service Manager, this position is responsible for Combustion Lab support involving all company products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs laboratory application testing
- Set-up apparatus and conduct combustion tests on prototype and production oil and gas burners.
- Assembling and disassembling both residential and commercial boilers
- Installing through the wall vent kits ~15’ from ground
- Ability to stand, kneel, and/or sit for extended periods during day-to-day lab testing
- Occasional heavy lifting required.
- Create formal test reports.
- Performs a variety of operations within the department to maintain workflow.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform other similar or related duties as required or directed.
Requirement Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
