Job Description:
The Equipment Optimization Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement TPM practices to improve OEE.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop training programs for maintenance staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead regular meetings and maintain accurate records of facility equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with experience in TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD LT, and engineering drawings.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various equipment.
