Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Regional Depot Operations team in Belgium as a Parts Logistics Standardization Internship. As a key member of our depot transformation team, you will play a crucial role in securing optimum capacity and enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency in our operations at all regional depots through the implementation of best practices and standardization of processes/tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Grasp the current situation of various processes/equipments used at each depot
* Identify/assess gaps at each depot and develop a practical plan to secure depot standardization
* Develop a structure for document management and best practice sharing among depots using system tools (e.g., MS Office SharePoint)
* Build consensus with depot management, take feedback, and implement new standardization structure at all depots
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in English (TME's business language)
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree
* Good organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Access, PPT, SharePoint)
* Strong background in logistics process
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
