Deep Draw Toolmaker / Eyelet Toolmaker (2nd Shift)

CoWorx Staffing is actively hiring for a Deep Draw Toolmaker / Eyelet Toolmaker to join a manufacturing team in a permanent, full-time position on 2nd shift. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview:

The Toolmaker will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a full range of deep draw transfer press tools. Key duties include troubleshooting production issues, repairing and adjusting tools to ensure high-quality product output, and developing and maintaining complex and diverse tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain deep draw transfer press tools for production

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments to tooling

- Work from blueprints, sketches, and technical documents

- Apply shop mathematics and trigonometry to establish tool allowances

- Perform hand-finishing tasks such as filing, grinding, contouring, and fitting as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with deep draw and eyelet toolmaking in a manufacturing setting

- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and shop mathematics

- Proficiency with hand-finishing tools and techniques
