Fulford Manufacturing is an OEM manufacturer for tier 1 and tier 2 automotive based in East Providence, Rhode Island. Relocation packages being offered for the right candidate.  Experience on Waterbury Farrel presses is required.  Fulford is also hiring for tool setters and operator positions.

• Fabricate and maintain tooling to produce automotive parts according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications**Experience Operating Eyelet Transfer Presses (Waterbury Farrel's or similar ) is Required**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating press machinery in a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.  Average employee tenure is 15 years
