Overview: CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a direct-hire position in Rochester, NH. This role offers an excellent compensation package and involves leading the maintenance team to optimize equipment uptime, capacity, and throughput through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee campus maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
- Implement and manage TPM practices to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with facility planning and development teams on capital projects and new facility requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and lean activities in maintenance.
- Manage vendor relations, contract negotiations, and facility-related projects.
- Develop training plans for maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Lead regular meetings and manage facility equipment documentation.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience in facilities and equipment maintenance, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD LT, and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience managing a 24/7 operation and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate various equipment.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
