CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will involve processing semi-monthly payroll, managing employee leaves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll from start to finish, including benefits and 401K deductions.
- Manage employee leaves, including FMLA, disability, and workers' comp.
- Be the go-to person for payroll and benefits questions.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Multistate experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Kronos, is a plus.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
