Role Overview:
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Total Productive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing TPM practices and improving equipment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement TPM practices to improve OEE.
- Lead the maintenance team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop training programs for maintenance staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead regular meetings and maintain accurate records of facility equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD LT, and engineering drawings.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various equipment.
