In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Principal Partner, manage client projects, and ensure seamless coordination of appointments and deadlines. Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch administrative support to the Principal Partner, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and deadlines.
• Offer excellent client service and communication, handling tax-related tasks and preparing necessary documents.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist with tax-related filings, maintaining accurate records and complying with relevant regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and drive growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• 5 years of Executive Assistant experience; ideally in the accounting, finance or legal industry.
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive in managing tasks.
• Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial and business documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with CCH Axcess Suite is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in a CPA firm is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, tax software, and other financial tools is a plus.
