The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Job Description
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is seeking a
CRM Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance advertiser engagement, drive lead generation, and support the sales team's objectives. In addition to optimizing CRM systems and managing email marketing campaigns, this role serves as a key partner to the sales and marketing teams by delivering tailored sales enablement resources and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, CRM management, email campaign execution, and sales enablement, with a proven ability to align tools, data, and strategies to empower sales and marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management and Email Marketing (40%) :
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance lead engagement, progression, and retention across the sales funnel.
- Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Execute Salesforce CRM configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate data management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Perform various marketing functions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including (but not limited to) email campaigns, marketing automation, customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign performance tracking, multi-channel marketing, data collection and analysis.
- Generate targeted lists for campaigns using B2B data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo) and ensure alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
