We are seeking a Residential Broadband Technician to install and repair our residential products and services, providing exceptional customer experiences and growing their career.
This role is located in Ketchum, ID, and involves working with customers, installing and troubleshooting services, and maintaining accurate recordkeeping.
About You
You have a strong skillset, a passion for connecting customers, and a commitment to excellence. To be successful, you will need:
- A High School diploma/GED and less than 2 years of experience in a related field (post-high school education a plus)
- A valid state driver's license and a good driving record
- Certifications and licenses required by state and municipal laws
- One year of work experience in a comparable field (e.g., hands-on trade role)
- Minimum of one year of direct customer service experience
- PC and Windows software skills
- Stable work history
- Able to work required shifts and overtime (if necessary)
