Residential Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

• Assist in the restoration, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Participate in cabinet installation and drywall projects, adhering to project specifications.
• Help fabricate materials as needed for various construction tasks.
• Utilize hand tools effectively and safely to complete assigned duties.
• Support carpentry work by preparing sites, loading materials, and cleaning up after tasks.
• Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with plastering techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Electrical, are a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
