FILE CLERK / RECEPTIONIST
Interested applicants will have an opportunity to own a crucial process within our office system. We are looking for an organized individual that is a self-starter and pays attention to detail. Applicants need to be friendly and have a pleasant demeanor to assist 10-20 in-person clients and calls each day. Most of your daily tasks will be centered around File Clerk duties with occasional Receptionist needs. Primary Duties
- Create and manage both digital and hard-copy filing systems;
- Own the file system and oversee the conversion from paper to digital
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
- Collecting incoming documents and processing data input into case management software.
- Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages;
- Maintaining the file room and supply closet
Additional Duties
- Greeting clients and visitors and answering inquiries;
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the correct office line;
- Scheduling and routing clients;
- Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms;
- Maintaining the lobby;
- Light secretarial duties as needed to include onboarding new clients, screening calls for quality leads, sending and requesting records.
Skills and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Administration or document system management
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
