Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete pouring.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
