Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of aerospace or manufacturing experience required

Position Responsibilities
- Enter contracts
- Enters/responsible for purchase order changes (May need to enlist help from Customer Service and others)
- Run Push-Pull reports, evaluate for accuracy and work catches per Production’s instructions for all customers
- Be 100% responsible for an accurate schedule / the supply side in GSS
- Responsible for order release and order generation
- Responsible for balancing customer requirements with production schedule
- Code jobs to reflect shortages and load dates
- Accurate and efficient work order entry and maintenance to meet customer requirements using production planning tools
- Accurate internal order scheduling, upkeep, and communication as needed.
- Obtain and manage forecasts, and contractual documentation.
- Confer with team members to solve problems, complete tasks, and assist with other customer accounts.
- Adapt as needed to support new customers, evolving trends, and developing projects.
- Compile spreadsheets and tables, performing excel functions as needed to review data
- Set meetings as needed to communicate and elevate issues to internal customers and stakeholders appropriately.
- Review applicable organizational policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Able to analyze information, interpret the data and communicate the information effectively
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
Experience
