Position Overview :
- Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
- Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
- Primary areas of expertise include rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, and electrical control systems.
- Virginia Journeyman or Master HVAC
- At least 18 years old with valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to climb on ladders and work from heights safely
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Efficient and organized
- Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test.
- Regular attendance required, must have reliable transportation
- Master Technicians receive a vehicle, fuel, purchasing card & smart phone for business use

Technical and Other Skills Required :
Normal Work Week is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with one-half hour for lunch. Must be available to work a flexible start and stop times and more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week during and after normal business hours including holidays and weekends if needed.
