Cox Tractor is currently seeking a Parts Counter Specialist to add to our team!
Job Summary: Advising customers, receiving parts, selling parts, and delivering parts for the many lines of equipment we sell and service
Responsibilities:
· Advise customer in parts and hand tool needs
· Perform over the counter, online, and over the phone sales of parts and hand tools
· Assist in receiving parts, checking in parts, stocking parts and keeping inventory up to date
· Understand and utilize part lookup systems for the many lines of equipment we carry
· Understand and utilize business management software to generate invoices, take payment, and return parts.
Qualifications
· Agricultural and/or lawn and garden machinery knowledge
· Ability to use our business management software and parts catalogs for the many different lines of parts we offer
· Ability to lift heavy items – up to 75 lbs
· Excellent communication skills and strong focus on providing excellent customer service
· Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace environment
-Automotive, farm equipment, and/or lawn and garden experience preferred
