Job Summary
Obtains and forwards Physician Orders to the appropriate party as assigned and informs patient of time of referral appointment and / or outpatient testing.
Insure patient is informed of any special instructions per physician on testing facility and forwards pertinent patient care records to facility or provider as directed.
The Clinic Office Assistant responds promptly to the request of others and provides excellent customer service by assisting as needed.
