Job Summary
The WorkComplete Specialist at CoxHealth is responsible for providing exceptional service to our workers' compensation customers and providers. This includes answering the CoxHealth WorkComplete Comp Line, appointment scheduling, obtaining authorizations for treatment, provide medical records coordinating patient care and other various needs as requested by customer. This position serves as a liaison between CoxHealth WorkComplete providers and the customer.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience
- Preferred: Previous experience in patient care and physician office work or workers' compensation management and care or customer service
- Skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and answering multiple phone lines
- Experience working with large patient volumes on a daily basis
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in basic office programs and equipment
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
