HOME STAGING INTERIOR DESIGNER
Primary Responsibilities:
- Use your interior design skills to create home staging design concepts for homes of all sizes and layouts.
- Manage the picking of your selected furniture and decor from the large inventory of upscale home furnishings at our warehouse.
- Lead your team - manage assistant(s) and crew members in the home staging installation - placement of furnishings in each staged home to achieve your design concept.
Skills & Requirements:
- One year of hands-on experience in design is preferred
- Great eye for aesthetics, color, and detail
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities, communications skills, and a proven track record of great project management
- Work independently with limited direction and take initiative
- Represent our luxury brand with a polished presence and professional demeanor
- Flexible and willing to take on various tasks, but also able to quickly shift direction as required by each project
- On occasion, must be able to lift heavy goods and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation for daily use, a valid driver's license, with proof of insurance and a clean driving record
The ideal candidate has a background in interior design, experience as a home stager, good people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with a diverse team of designers, crew members, staff, and high-end clients and vendors.
Job Type: This is a full-time exempt position (40 hours per week) with benefits after 90 days of continuous employment.
