Coyle Automotive Group is looking for motivated Sales Professionals to join our family-owned dealership!
The ideal candidate will have the ability to help our customers buy a vehicle by quickly building relationships, focus on tasks, and have the desire to grow in their position.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the application process.
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
- Contact customers daily from our lead system.
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect vehicle.
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis.
- Grow your business through personal promotion on social media and at local events.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
- Other duties as determined by Management.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Strong desire to “assist the customer”.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
- Quality customer service skills.
- Good sales and/or customer service track record. Auto sales history is preferred, but not required.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
- Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
- Computer literate and have basic math skills.

Salary: Paid Training / $30,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
