We're thrilled to expand our team and are searching for a talented Graphic Designer to help us continue our journey of elevating the 5 to 9. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs to showcase the Cozy Earth brand and communicate our brand identity. The ideal candidate is eager to be part of the brainstorming process and be a vital part of the design strategy for key projects and product launches. You will be part of the Creative team and work closely with other Marketing Departments and designers to create impactful designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including email campaigns, advertisements, social media content, website assets, and other print materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaign strategies and product launches.
- Work closely within the Creative Team on campaign visuals.
- Support design projects from concept to completion, incorporating feedback and managing timelines.
- Adhere to the application of brand guides when used by other marketing teams to maintain consistency.
- Partner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the visual concepts.
- Leverage social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven design decisions.
- Other duties as needed.
Skills Needed:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of design principles such as layout, typography, and design systems.
- A keen eye for current aesthetics and design trends.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent file management skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with file preparation and exporting for both print and digital formats.
- Knowledge of web and email structure and best practices.
