We're thrilled to expand our team and are searching for a talented Merchandiser to help us continue our journey of elevating the 5 to 9. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping our product assortment and customer experience, ensuring that every item we offer aligns with our brand's commitment to luxury, comfort, and innovation. You'll analyze market trends, optimize inventory strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life in both digital and physical retail spaces. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience across eCommerce and retail channels.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to optimize assortment and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to align on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Maintain and communicate product updates through PLM platform.
• Ensure compelling visual merchandising and product presentation across all selling platforms.
• Partner with the Inventory team to manage stock levels, replenishment, and sell-through strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting demand and making data-driven recommendations for product assortment and lifecycle planning.
• Support the retail team with in-store merchandising, planograms, and visual storytelling to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of merchandising experience in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience with inventory management, assortment planning, and pricing strategies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Knowledge of merchandising tools, PLM systems, and eCommerce platforms
• Passion for product storytelling, consumer experience, and brand growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a keen eye for detail and organization.
