General Purpose

Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Check and report product voids
- Maintain ad hoc merchandising
- Set new stores and perform required resets
- Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering
- Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
- Assist with customer service issues or complaints
- Complete pricing surveys as required
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
- Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (i.e. interpersonal skills)
- Able to organize time, energy, and resources to achieve goals (i.e. organizational skills)
- Abel to follow directions and carry out instructions
- Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
- Able to adapt and manage to change effectively
- Able to handle challenging or conflict situation with tact and professionalism
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
