Driller Helper

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated well drilling helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Driller in daily operations. This position requires dependability and a desire to work 10-12 hour days. Monday-Friday. Weekly pay every Friday.

• Must maintain a Clean Driver record, CDL is preferred
• Have reliable transportation
• 10-12 hour shifts, Overtime Pay
• Will Assist Driller in daily operations
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites, providing support whenever needed
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, and other critical data.
• Willingness to learn new skills and desire for advancement
• PTO after 1 year

Skills

• Ability to operate heavy equipment, particularly drilling rigs and forklifts.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with industry standards , particularly related to construction.
• Experience working on construction sites
• Knowledge of welding
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability
• Well Drilling Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
