Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated well drilling helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. They will need an understanding of safety protocols within the well drilling industry. As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Driller in daily operations. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and the ability to adapt to various construction site environments.
Responsibilities
- Must maintain a Clean Driver record, CDL is preferred
- Have reliable transportation
- Desire to work 5 days a week 40 Hours/week
- Will Assist Driller in daily operations
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites, providing support whenever needed
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, and other critical data.
- Willingness to learn new skills
Skills
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, particularly drilling rigs and forklifts.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards , particularly related to construction.
- Experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on safety protocols.
- Knowledge of welding
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
