Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner needed to provide independent care for patients with serious illness and their families. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Palliative Care or Hospice Care Nurse Practitioner Full time, Permanent position. 100% Outpatient Full Benefits. Part of a large Hospital system.
