Roofing Residential Sales/Branch Manager
Residential Roofing Sales/Project Manager (Our South Jersey office and possibly our Chalfont)

Residential Roofing Sales/Project Manager (Sea Isle City and possibly our Chalfont office)
We are looking for Branch Manager to work out of Our Sea Isle Office to handle Sales, manage projects, repairs to Shingles, Gutters, Siding, Windows and Flat Roofs. Manage crews, look at issues, estimate roofing, siding and gutters handle the office to the entire Residential from our Chalfont office to South Jersey Shore Line Coast AC to Cape May and Handles all Residential from the Main office.
CP Rankin is a well-established roofing contractor with a history of long-lasting customer relations and outstanding customer service. Our repair and replacement projects include industrial / commercial single-ply membrane, EPDM, built up roofing, modified bitumen, roof related metals and standing seam/metal panel roofing systems. Must be hands on and make repairs to shingles, soil pipes and Siding etc.
We are currently seeking a Residential Branch Manager, who is eager to be part of our team, learn and potentially grow within the organization.
General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs
Install service & perform approved repairs as requested.
Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc.
Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and workplaces
Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc.
Some Travel
There may be additional duties and responsibilities required.
Requirements:
Experienced on Residential roofing systems Shingles, Siding, Gutters and Flat Roof EPDM
Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs
Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance
Good computer skills helpful
Excellent communicator, both oral and written
Ideal candidate would have Shingle, single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, gutters, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience.
Hold and maintain a valid driver’s License
Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Must have personal tools for the trade
