What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at CP Unlimited?
· Manage the weekly staffing schedule
· Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
· Inspect the med room weekly to ensure it is clean and organized, with no expired meds
· Ensure individuals’ finances and personal property are appropriately managed and protected
· Ensure incidents and occurrences are reported and documented as needed
· Complete and submit reports as assigned (weekly mileage, WorxHub, food orders, etc.)
· Demonstrate and model positive personal regard for the people served
· Demonstrates positive leadership towards other team members
· Maintain positive and professional relationships with individuals’ family members
· Model and ensure staff interactions support the core values and mission of the Agency
· Advocate for people served within the agency and in the community at large
· Monitor data collection as assigned
· Provide hands-on training as assigned
· Responsibly report any violation of agency policy/procedure, and/or Federal or State Laws
· Obtain/maintain agency van certification and transport as needed.
· Obtain/maintain AMAP certification and administer medications as needed.
· Alert administration of issues that may jeopardize quality services
· Other duties as needed or assigned by supervisor or authorized administrator
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study is required.
Required Experience: Supervisory/Leadership experience preferred. Well-organized, AMAP certified (or ability to obtain certification w/in 3 months).
License: Valid Driver’s License and Agency Insurability.
