Duties
- Answer Phone Lines as needed
- Post Office, Bank & Lunch Runs
- Print/Organize Tax Returns for clients
- Keep track of office supplies
- Greet Clients as needed
- Create SOP for Administration
- Miscellaneous Administrative Work
Skills
- Proper Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
