We are looking for an Part-time HR Manager!
Location: Darien, GA
Job Descriptions:
- Developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures
- Administer and maintain records of company equipment/assets and supplies
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Managing the entire hiring process, from job postings to conducting interviews and making final offers.
- Designing and managing performance evaluation systems.
- Identifying training needs across the organization.
- Ensuring the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.).
Qualifications:
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other admin related works
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of staff with tact and diplomacy
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
