We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess HRCI or SHRM certifications and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with the company’s goals.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
Workplace Culture:
- Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Lead efforts to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- HRCI (PHR, SPHR) or SHRM (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
