Join Our Ayer Team 1st Shift as a Batcher!

Your seat at the beverage bar

• Perform batching of product for Production lines, to include operating equipment that blends raw materials to create beverage products to exact specifications
• Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to standards.
• Performs routine tests to ensure resulting mixture meets specified properties.

What you bring to the beverage bar

• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work well independently, be detail oriented and can follow and perform all food safety and quality processes
• Previous QC or manufacturing experience preferred
• Heavy lifting required
• Math Skills
