CPG & Associates is representing a successful billion-dollar multi-unit manufacturing and distribution company that is searching for a skilled Director Corporate Finance who will significantly impact and support the Board of Directors, Executives and Private Equity by providing critical financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making, risk assessment, and overall business direction, essentially acting as a key advisor on the company's financial health and future viability.
The Director will ensure that the board and executives have a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial performance, potential risks, and opportunities for growth. This position has been created due to the tremendous growth they've had in the past 2 years.
Required Expertise :
Financial Reporting and Analysis :
- Presenting accurate and detailed financial statements, including performance metrics, forecasts, and trend analysis, to enable informed decision-making.
Strategic Planning :
Contributing financial expertise to develop long-term strategic plans, evaluating potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.Risk Management :
Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks, including market fluctuations, liquidity issues, and regulatory compliance concerns.Budgeting and Forecasting :
Creating and managing the company's operating budget, monitoring financial performance against targets, and providing regular updates on financial projections.Capital Allocation :
Advising the board on optimal allocation of capital, including debt financing, equity offerings, and investments in new initiatives.Compliance Oversight :
Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Executive Compensation :
Providing data and analysis to inform executive compensation decisions.Deep Financial Expertise :
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, modeling techniques, and industry trends.Compensation : Base : $160-180k

Requirements
8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles.Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-location organization.Private equity portfolio company experience highly preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience presenting to C-level executivesAdvisory Consulting experience highly preferredProficiency in financial systems (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan) and Advanced Excel.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire for professional growth.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
