CPI Composite Structures Division, Which includes CPI Radant and CPI AdamWorks, is a leading provider of advanced composite structures and radome solutions, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to join our dynamic leadership team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a high-performing Business Development (BD) and Sales team, focused on supporting both commercial and military customers. The Senior Director will also be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, driving organic growth, and executing strategies to increase the company's market presence. This is a remote position with significant travel to customer sites (greater than 50%).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both commercial and military sales, including a strong understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process. As a strategic leader, you will help CPI achieve its growth objectives by building relationships, securing contracts, and leading the charge in executing organic growth strategies within the composite structures and radome industries.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development and Sales teams supporting multiple sites.
- Drive a results-oriented culture within the BD and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in both commercial and military sectors.

Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
