We have an immediate need for a dependable, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our medical team as a Medical Assistant in Colorado Springs, CO.
This role involves providing both administrative assistance and clinical support.
No evenings, weekends or on-call.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination, escort them to the treatment room and be present during examination / treatment to assist the physician in treatment procedures.
- Measures, collects and records patient's vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height).
- Interviews patients and records or inputs information to patients' medical record.
- Collects all medical data to help the physician's ability to draw conclusions about the patient's needs. Ensure all charts and forms for the office visit are ready for the provider.
- Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Cleans rooms after procedures, cleans and disinfects equipment, restocks supplies.
- Monitor patients' recovery process, inform the provider of observations, and recommend changes in unresponsive treatment techniques.
- Maintain communication with patients after treatment to monitor their progress and suggest continuous treatment in the event of a relapse.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workflows and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and always maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist in keeping ASC orderly and follows appropriate cleaning protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the mission, values, and strategies of CPIhealth.

Dress Code : Scrubs
Pay rate : $20 / hour to $23 / hour (depending on experience )
Schedule : Full time, Monday to Thursday,7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm and Friday 7 : 30 am to 12 pm
