PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This is a traveling position. Lead daily operations and ensure all Production projects are safely implemented. Provide leadership accountability for inputs and outputs of safety, service, efficiency and financial metrics.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure CPKC regulatory compliance for respective project assignments
- Investigate failures of policies, safety practices and procedures
- Participate in the development of and implement work processes/changes that achieve continuous improvement
- Promote and implement the application of CPKC policies, safety practices, and procedures
- Mentor direct reports to improve their efficiency and holding accountability when needed
- Reviews planned capital work, confirms material, and execution requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of progressive Supervisory experience in Track Renewal/Maintenance is preferred
- Proven understanding of Red Book, SPC's, GEI
- Capability to lead a project plan/schedule
- People leadership skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
