CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR I

What You Bring To The Table
- You earned a Highschool degree - AS degree in a construction related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have strong attention to detail, accompanied by a sense of urgency and creative problem-solving skills
- You’re technically savvy, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity programs with the ability to interpret construction documents.
- You have exceptional interpersonal capabilities, which you employ in verbal and written communication with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Review and make comments regarding construction documents, including but not limited to bid ads, specifications, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), contract pay applications, change orders and other related documents
- Assist in project bidding, encompassing pre-bid walkthroughs, bid addenda and opening and contractor qualification processes
- Arrange project and job site meetings and inspections and fulfill client requests, interfacing with contractors as needed
- Maintain project filing and perform other general office duties as assigned
