Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and estimating. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare detailed estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, changes, and communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
