Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team at CPP Eastlake. As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting PLC control systems in an aerospace investment casting manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to improve efficiency and consistency in the investment casting process.
- Program, configure, troubleshoot, and improve robotic systems, PLCs, and other automated equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC-controlled systems, sensors, motors, actuators, and other automated machinery.
- Identify and implement improvements to automation systems to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize production processes.
