Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance robust manufacturing processes and tooling to support the company's growth in aerospace and industrial markets. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Corporate Sales teams daily. Build and lead a team of Product Engineers focusing on NPI over the next five years. Control dimensional quality of castings to meet or exceed customer expectations. Manage Scrap Teams for dimensionally related items. Mentorship and training of engineering personnel to support business growth and development.
Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field. 8 years' experience in mechanical or product engineering in the investment casting industry. Strong program management skills. Ability to interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications. Proficient in NX/UG, SolidWorks, GOM, Minitab, and Microsoft Suite. Office environment. Occasional weekend work and computer screen usage required. Travel: 10%
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience.
