Conemaugh Physician Group is seeking a full-time LPN for Conemaugh Counseling in Johnstown, PA. The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, assisting medical staff and providing quality care to the patients.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assists medical staff in carrying out plans for care of patients.
Assists with office procedures. Gives medications as ordered by providers.
Administer injections.
Performs procedures within the scope of practice.
Determines nursing care needs of the patient and prepares daily charts appropriately.
Coordinates and orients new nursing personnel with regards to office set-up, requirements, associated activities and procedures.
Triage patient telephone inquiries.
Telephones prescription order to pharmacy or sends electronically as needed.
Pulls, handles and files medical records, as needed.
Transcribes lab and other medical data to charts, as needed.
Competently documents visits and notes in EPIC EMR.
Assist with medical supply inventory and order medical supplies, as needed.
Travel to other offices, as needed.
Assist with retrieving authorizations
