Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Utilize Oracle order entry process to schedule customer delivery requirements based on raw material availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure forecasting and production planning guidelines are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales administration experience with manufacturing company preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Excel, Access, and Word.
- Familiarity with Oracle V11 a plus.
