The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, planning, execution and management of all marketing deliverables as directed. They have direct accountability for the management and quality of output from the marketing and communications team. Maintain relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors as needed. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission and core values. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with proposal and presentation production in the AEC industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the production of RFQ and RFP responses
- Development and production of presentations
- Provide graphic or production support social media, corporate e-newsletter, advertisements, brochures, invitations, banners and signs, apparel, and any other needs
- Effectively manage personal workload and workload of all direct reports
- Timely and efficiently deliver final products at a high level of quality
- Work proactively with vendors to ensure cost effective and optimal production
- Continuously evaluate and implement improved delivery systems, software, methods and concepts
- Ensure final work product complies with submittal requirements
- Assist marketing director in analyzing costs associated with production and budget planning
- Work closely with partnering firms, and clearly communicate expectations of all parties
- Pay close attention to detail and analyze the work process to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate and coordinate information requirements from other departments or team members
- Ability to creatively solve production related problems in a timely manner
- Ensure corporate brand consistency in all product deliverables
- Provide support with website updates
- Produce collateral material requested by marketing and business development personnel
- Provide quality control throughout the production process of all deliverables
- Responsible for coordination of professional photography
- Responsible for organizing and managing the marketing project database
- Responsible for categorizing and storing job site photos for future use
- Request photographs or video from project teams of any unique systems or processes performed on the job site for future production use
- Understand and utilize the Company Policy and Procedures Manual and Best Practices Guidelines including Master Forms Library
- Participate in ongoing training efforts
- Ensure workplace safety. Report issues to project team immediately
- Performs other functions as requested of them
- Conduct evaluations for all assigned employees in your department
- Ensure client needs are exceeded throughout the course of delivery
