Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cellphone Technician to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities for cellphones and demonstrate proficiency in repairing laptops and tablets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a wide range of cellphone brands and models
- Repair hardware and software issues on cellphones, including screen replacements, battery issues, charging ports, and more
- Perform repairs on laptops and tablets, including hardware replacement, software troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and estimated completion times
- Maintain an organized workstation and keep track of repair parts and tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cellphone Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cellphone repair processes and tools
- Experience with laptop and tablet repairs
- Ability to diagnose and repair various hardware and software issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
